BLACK SUEDE DRESS

I bought this dress because I've been obsessed with anything suede lately. When I brought it home and tried it on, I was less than thrilled about it because I felt it looked a little boring on me. But then, I added accessories and my mind is completely changed. It just goes to show you that a few accessories can change how you feel about a piece drastically. Just thought I'd share that tidbit of information in case you ever feel something is a little too "blah" for your liking. Now, I love this dress. I've worn it twice already(:

Now, on to the look...

This statement piece from Charming Charlie is the perfect necklace to spice up this look. How cool is the long fringe and the mix of gold and silver?! Love!
Platform wedge laceups lengthen my legs a little since the hemline of the dress is almost knee length and covers the majority of the top half of my legs.

My fiance's Ray Bans (yes, I stole them for this look) give my outfit a little bit of a cool factor.

I topped it off with a black felt hat that you've seen before on the blog.

When temperatures drop, a fab leather jacket adds a different texture to the outfit while keeping your arms nice and warm.

Needless to say, I won't be returning the dress. (;
